Ingredients:

Arnica montana, fresh whole plant juice 6x in water/ethanol base.

How to use:

In acute cases, take 5 drops (under 7 years) 10 drops (7-14 years) or 15 drops (adult) every 15 minutes. After six doses, take evry hour. Reduce the number of doses, as relief is obtained, to three times daily. Take 15 minutes before food.
