Why do I need collagen?

Collagen is the strong fibre that weaves throughout our body for strength and support holding the body together, similar to glue, yet stronger than steel wire. As we age, the body's ability to make collagen protein and its different complexes slows down. This is important since collagen makes up around 30% of our protein content, the most abundant protein in our body's, so it makes sense to nutritionally support this large component of our body!

Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen 5 g, Proprietary Blend [Pomegranate Fruit Juice Concentrate, Cranberry Fruit Juice Concentrate, American Elder (Sambucus spp.) Fruit Juice Concentrate, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Liquid Ionic Minerals] 2.1 g. Other ingredients: Purified water, organic cane sugar, citric acid, natural flavours, potassium sorbate (to protect freshness) and stevia leaf extract.
Does not contain: Gluten, GMO's, soy, wheat, lactose, starch, yeast or artificial flavours

Suggested Use

Recommended intake:

Take one tablespoon alone or mix into 250mls of water or juice. Refrigerate after opening. Preferably wait 30 minutes before eating.
