Snormed Relief

Snormed Relief helps clear nasal and throat passages and supports natural breathing.

 Snormed Relief is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet form.

Dosage

Oral Spray   

Acute: Use 2 sprays per dose orally 2 or 3 times a day and, again at night, 15 minutes apart for up to 6 doses if required.

Chronic: Use 2 sprays orally 3 times a day as required.

Tablets

​Acute: 2 tablets per dose 2 or 3 times a day and, again at night, 15 minutes apart for up to 6 doses if required.

Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.

Chronic: 2 tablets per dose 3 times per day as required.

Ingredients

Snormed Relief contains homoeopathic potencies of Cistus Canadensis, Echinacea, Hydrastis, Iodum, Kali Bich, Kali Iodatum, Mercurius Sol, Sabadilla and Sticta.

Suggested Companion Products and Advice

The use of special adhesive strips on the nose to aid breathing may be beneficial.

Many people find that symptoms are relieved by avoiding alcoholic beverages at night.

Sleeping prone or on one's side and tilting the head of the bed upwards may also be beneficial.

Not appropriate for Sleep Apnoea.
