Active Ingredients: Ingredients per capsule:   5 billion microorganisms (CFU) Lactobacillus reuteri Lactobacillus rhamnosus Lactobacillus acidophilus NutraFlora scFOS                            Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 1.2mg   Dosage: One capsule daily or more as needed.   Warnings: May contain minimal residual amount of lactose and milk or soy protein, however, unless severely allergic, lactose intolerant persons need not avoid these products.
