Active Ingredients: Each Capsule Contains: Black cohosh root (rhizome) extract 40mg (concentrated 6.5:1 standardised to 2.5% triterpene glycosides)   Dosage: One tablet twice daily.   Warnings: Not for use during pregnancy and lactation. Use caution if pre-existing or current liver disease is present. Possible interaction exists between black cohosh and chemotherapy drugs, oral antifungal agents, cholesterol lowering drugs, and high doses of paracetamol. Doses exceeding six capsules daily may cause vertigo and headache, reduce dosage if this occurs. Not recommended for longer than 6 months continuous use by the German E commission, though this is not supported by recent research
