Fenugreek
Fenugreek has traditionally been used for nursing mothers to assist in breast milk production, due to its galactagogue and nutritive properties.
Due to its expectorant properties and mucilage content Fenugreek has also been used to support an irritated throat and coughs.

Ingredients per capsule:
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed 529mg
Other ingredients: Silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate
Recommended Dose:
Take one to two capsules with a meal three times daily.
Cautions :
Not recommended for use during pregnancy
Take two hours away from all prescription medications
Odour of Fenugreek may be detected in the taste of breast milk but only if you exceed the recommended dosage
